Uh oh! Looks like I found at least 2 issues with NotifyLate. Issue #1: if you press the call button and the elevator is already at the floor, it will chime twice, once when the button is pressed, then it also chimes when the doors open. Issue #2: NotifyLate chimes do not cooperate with ChimeOnArrival.

I made some recent changes (after I put out the build), and so those things you mentioned appear to be working fine now.  They'll be in the next build which I'll put out soon, so you can test.

There’s a NotifyLate option? I find this to be useful for Dover/TK impulse elevators in Skyscrapersim

Yeah I added that option.  There's some more changes and features, which you'll see it in the next build, I might put it out tomorrow.
