The performance issue has been fixed, and I'll have a new build out very soon.
https://github.com/eventhorizon5/skyscraper/commit/00e8bb2c0639e55bc6385fef3baad7b984481ef1

This was something I didn't notice before, but the simulator was enabling all of the maps by default on startup, causing the slowdown.  Now it only enables them if the Map setting is on in the building script.

Hi, the later versions (as far as 5/11/25 AFAIK) killed my FPS when running buildings with multiple sim engines

I'm seeing this too, I'll be working on a fix.

Update: I found that it's the Map feature that's doing it, it's due to it having cameratexture objects in each simulator.  Currently working on a fix.

For a quick workaround, for each sim engine, turn off the map by clicking on the Camera Texture Manager window and disabling the map.
It's actually as far as 5/6/25 build, even in a single building, it's still lower than 165 (my monitor's refresh rate)

I'm in the process of working more on the Glass Tower building, and started doing some ceiling fixes in the side complex structures.
What final plans do you have for the Glass Tower? New elevator additions or just minor fixes?

Right now just fixes, the problem with that building is that it's supposed to be as close to the movie's design as possible.  The designers didn't really have an elevator layout and other things designed for the building (or full internal continuity between floors), so it's not always easy to work with.

Will the door frame issue on Skyscrapersim Housing Estate be fixed eventually? It's the one I showed you on the Discord.

Do you know what version of Skyscraper it worked fine in?  I tried it on Alpha 11 but it's broken on that too.

I can't remember what version it was, but I first found it in the 1/28/25 build. It still persists even after downloading the 6/13/25 build.
