So this lift (not the rest of the set) has just had it's indicator replaced from a nice 80s Pickerings one to a horrible yucky Generic one. I have never seen this one before and it's weird how the number goes small on the bottom while it scrolls "OUT OF SERV." on top when it's out of service. It will scroll "MAINTENANCE" when the lift is being maintained. It will show either this "^2", "V2" or " 2" when it's on normal operation. I have no idea what logic these lifts have. I'm guessing it is Lester Controls because of the delay when stopping and starting.
Video of the indicator:

(Video is unlisted)
If anyone wants to take a look into it, the lift is located in the multi-storey car park, East Exit, right-most lift, on Level 1 of The Square Town Centre, Tallaght, Dublin, Ireland.
(This was mostly just a test of my iPhone's camera)
EDIT::: I moved the video down a line to fit my current location

If you could get a full video of that lift at some point I could try and at least guess the logic it has. :P

I could try get it next Saturday but right now, all of the lifts are out of service or being maintained because the left-most lift is stuck on Level 6 showing "MAINTENANCE 6", the middle one is showing a blinking arrow with 1 next to it which means the doors try to close but go 2 centimetres and go BANG, then open and repeat and the right-most is self explanatory as mentioned in the O.P.
Thanks a mil,

Do you guys now know what it is?
It is apparently an alternative Kleemann indicator.
