What is a "file stealer"? It's my understanding that digital files can be copied infinitely without damaging or destroying the original, if that's what you're talking about. Of course there is the problem of the governments, criminalizing such a harmless action.

File stealer is just a person who doesn't credit the original file creator or they claim they are made by him.
Is not hard to understand what it means.
