Title: Coordinates to meters
Post by: Dimsar01 on June 25, 2020, 02:53:20 pm
Hey, I wasn't sure if I should post it here, but I'm planning to create a new building based on some plans and was wondering what is the analogy of a coordinate "point" let's say, to meters? Does anybody know?
Thanks :)

You absolutely have to use feet. Meters do not exist. All distances are in feet. All speeds are in feet per second. All floors area. Inches would be useful though.

Okay, no problem with that, but what's the conversion? 1 ft = 1 coordinate point?

1ft = 1 coordinate point, yes. Although you can use decimal points (ex. 13.4554) to cover shorter distances.

Great, thanks!
