Also maybe put the garages in their own engines to reduce lag
you do realise you can comment out the garages(not the best option,but,a valid one)

I believe something like that is already possible. You can have the guest room floors to a normal panel, and have the lobby button to another panel created in the same position but with a higher button width.
i think you can also make buttons multiple spaces wide(dont quote me on this :3)
