Hm... I'd be leaning more towards the department store part. Especially older fashioned ones like Macy's Times Square.

was hoping to get a 40-70 level residential tower one day, loving the work that has gone into DRH,and always excited for new designs to come to tranquility city

One I'd personally like to see is a mixed-use building, like a hotel/office tower.

Definitely agree. I also am excited to see new designs come to Tranquility City.

That's a neat layout, actually.

1. This is the error that pops up. I tried 2.0 and 2.0 RC5...
2. I cleared some storage space, and now the buildings load fine. I might not have had enough storage or RAM to load the building.
1. Something like this appeared on me when opening a large Engine Context complex on my laptop too. It is likely because there is not enough RAM to process the T2T commands.
2. Glad you managed to get it working. Many modern buildings require a large amount of RAM for their textures.

So, what're you planning next?
I can't exactly say for the time being.

I understand. Whatever it ends up being, I look forward to it.

That's definitely something I'll need to take note of when I try to load a large Engine Context complex like that.

I feel like something could go in this space here.

This is a really beautiful project. I was particularly impressed by the underground car park.

I noticed a small error: there is a large gap in the ramps of the underground car park that I can fall through. It is located above the ramps.

Agreed. The underground car park is very well done.

The simulator crashes when I try to open any DRH buildings. I use Skyscraper 2.0.

I see. That would make it 5 buildings for DRH when that building is done, 4 if you don't count the garage.
