Any visualizing software can work here.

Also a site called http://floorplanner.com allows you to make floorplans that are very realistic.

Advantages: realistic, easy to use, easy to place items.
Disadvantages: site only allows up to 3 floors on the free plan, have to pay for subscription to get access to more floors. Canít convert to skyscrapersim code but you can use as a starting point.

I think there are workarounds to the premium subscription requirement for more than 3 floors by placing blueprints next to each other, or by adjusting the height.
