To be honest, In Romania it's a bit difficult, office buildings are possibly to be very secure and easily to get caught, maybe arrested due to the security behavior.
Here are some other types of buildings in Romania by my opinion:
Apartments Buildings: Older ones you can get in easily but depends if the door opened or not, some of these can be unlocked and some of the them fully opened for cleaning i think. The newer ones are a bit difficult cause most have security guards, while getting in or filming the lifts in those ones you mostly likely get caught instantly either by security hiding in a good spot like what happened a few days ago, maybe this is the same for building owners aswell.
Hotels: In other cities in Romania is fine according to my parents, which i think it's fine. However in Bucharest my parents claim that employees will look suspicious at you cause due to Coronavirus or maybe to the high crime rate. This may be false but my parents keep telling me that is true.
Shopping Malls: Filming lifts is so easy, i've never got caught on shopping centers before.
Museums: I wish to do that but my parents claim that you need to pay to go explore and sneak around to find a lift, and i believe that most Museums in Romania don't really have lifts, cause the country used to be extremely po back in days, I'm not sure to this day, but it's still public area if not.
Hospitals: I'm not gonna go inside those buildings cause it's CORONAVIRUS! Despite the fact Romania is getting less cases but still.
In Romania people question you a lot where are you going, which is terrible for lift filmers.
That's maybe why we don't have much lift filmers from my country tho.
And, yes, my parents could be Anti-Lift Filmers, pretty much hating lift filming, especially my dad who hates me filming lifts a lot. Despite the fact that he goes me everywhere to film, he still hates doing stuff like this.
I'm not sure of my mom, she could Semi Anti-Lift Filmer for sure. I'm not gonna disclose the rest for privacy reasons.
