what should i have for recommended programs for images and stuff?

i have been asking to myself this question and to be honest I Don't know, not only that but the latest happyPizza64 skyscrapersim screenshot, is what i seem i can see lift fences top the lift and i have no clue how to code that. i only know stuff like customizing lifts and adding counterweights and stuff. so can someone help me with picking programs?

It’s just plain old code. Based on my knowledge you may need to insert an AddWall command to the floor above the lift. If the last served floor is Floor 3, then you would need to add it to floor 4.
