Most skyscraper uses alpha 11 or 10, For alpha 11 I can't find it who the link for download

I tried to start skyscraper alpha 10 in my labtop and i get a some error some missing, but i don't think it's to be must used windows 7 ( Already used ), 8, 8.1, 10. My labtop called Lenovo Windows 7, I tried to repeat and still missing.
