Update: May 5, 2024
Stairwell doors and elevator buttons
I have just added the new stairwell doors and its trims. I have also made a rearrangement of the elevator buttons, with the alarm button now being above the elevator number sign on the left panel and the alarm button on the right panel being removed completely, with the door close buttons being moved to take the former spots of both alarm buttons. I have done some research, and found out that it is done like this IRL. Next up, work on the external stair walls (including the glass wall) will start. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Fully enclosed!
I have just fully enclosed the building. The glass external stair walls have now been completed. I also created a new texture for the internals of the glass interfloor walls in the atriums. Next up, I will work on the external interior stair walls, and then after that, once a new build of Skyscrapersim containing my requested feature is released, I can make another release. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: May 7, 2024
Stairwell interior walls added (mostly)
I have just added the interior external stair walls, with their aesthetic design. Some of the wood pillars at floor L have also been added. Next up (once I resume progressing this IP), the remaining wood pillars will go in, along with the wood door frames. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: May 26, 2024
Stairwell mostly complete
I have completed the stairwell now. The reason why I say "mostly complete" is that the stair texture problem still needs to be fixed. Once a new build of SkyscraperSim is released that contains my requested new command, the next (and last) thing that I will do before I release will be to fix the aforementioned issue. After I release the next build of g-ElevIntegration, I will work on the office levels. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Notice: June 18, 2024
An "early access" of g-ElevIntegration will be released, later tonight. This early access release will remain until eventhorizon releases a new build of SkyscraperSim containing a new command suggested by me, referred to as AddMultiTexStairs, after which, full and patch releases of g-ElevIntegration Build 2 will be released. This early access release will also allow me to add anything to the Carter Building which is suggested by other users of the forum until the full release.

Update: July 1, 2024
Stairwell is being fixed
I have just started work on fixing the stairs, because a new build of SkyscraperSim with a feature that allows me to solve the stair texture override problem has been released. Screenshots cannot be provided at the time of this writing, because I am really exhausted from also doing other things.

You must have at least the 6/30/24 Skyscrapersim release, as anything before that does not support For loops. By the way, what Skyscrapersim release are you on?

Update: August 19, 2024
Finally, problem fixed.
Projected release date of g-ElevIntegration Build 2: Likely next week, if not tomorrow
I have managed to correctly utilize the For loop functionality to create nice-looking custom stairs, with underside textures, and different riser and tread textures. The last thing I will do before releasing will be to fix the floor numbering in the stairs below floor 11. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: August 20, 2024
Ready for release... for the second time!
Projected release date of g-ElevIntegration Build 2: Today
I fixed the floor numbering in the stairwell between floors L and 11. After releasing g-ElevIntegration Build 2, I will start working on the office floors and add more details here and there. When I release the build, I will delete the two "early access" builds from the forum. Here are some pre-release screenshots of the building.

Release: August 20, 2024
g-ElevIntegration Build 2
Download - Full release build
Download - Patch build

Instructions:
Note: the latest build of the EG881 Integration Project must be downloaded first before you download g-ElevIntegration, and the patch build requires Build 1 to be installed.
Click "Download" to download the release. It will automatically download for you. Once it is downloaded to your preferred download destination, extract the files from the .zip folder into your "skyscraper" folder, (if using the patch build) replace all files when prompted, and then you are done.

Information:
This releases updates to the Carter Building which include a complete overhaul of and repositioning the stairwell (with custom stairs), changes to the elevators' button layouts, and a window texture change. This update also adds clarification to the IP information file about taking a photo or a video of my buildings.
