Nice to see you here again. Seeing the screenshots from Blanchardstown Centre (especially the third and fourth ones) make me think that they were real photos. I hope to install this new update on my desktop PC so that everything can load fine. (Yes, running Skyscraper on my laptop is not feasible anymore.)

Spoiler (hover to show)

Thanks for the support! I considered that, but if someone has a legitimate issue to report during that time then they won't be able to report it. I might do that if a new build hasn't just released maybe so that there shouldn't be any issues to report.

It's great to see you active again. The new build is really well done.

I don't want Skyscrapersim to die either, because it's a really nice project.

Introducing Point Square Dublin
Point Square Dublin is a massive scale, seven storey over triple basement mixed use building located in Dublin's international financial district on the North Dock. It is one of the largest single buildings ever constructed in Ireland and features the 4 star Gibson Hotel, 7 floors of commercial office space principally tenanted by Yahoo and Verizon, a small shopping centre anchored by a Dunnes Stores supermarket and Odeon cinema and a three storey basement car park. All of the lifts are KONE.
I have actually tried to emulate this building many times but kept either messing up development or getting the dimensions wrong. This time, I'm striving for completion, and this emulation is going to be the flagship building of Build 3 of this project.
As this is one of my favourite real life buildings of all time for many reasons, I am going for a slightly higher level of polish for this project, opting for a photo-realistic exterior and realistic glass lifts. A lot of work has already happened on this building, but much more is needed to get it finished. This building should be released some time in the month of April though plans are subject to change.

Current progress:
The building exterior and landscape is largely complete besides bug fixing.

Floors 3, 4 and 5 of the Gibson Hotel are mostly complete, only leaving floor 6 to go before the hotel will be done.

But there is still work to be done; the shopping centre levels are completely empty and good luck finding a parking space in that empty void in the basement.

A more comprehensive list of jobs:
- Finish floor 6 of hotel
- Add light furnishing to all hotel rooms (beds and bathroom partitions)
- Add some extra lifts
- Build all stairwells
- Install all escalators
- Partition and decorate the shopping centre and cinema
- Partition all of the office space
- Build the entire basement car park including ramps and the lift connecting the car park to the public plaza outside the hotel
- Bug-fix and polish whole building

Updates on this project will be posted every Sunday until it is complete, after which Build 3 of the Portfolio will be released, now sporting four buildings. The development roadmap is now one building per release until all of my building ideas are realised.

Welcome back! I initially downloaded the first build right before your hiatus, and I will say, it was lovely. I'm glad to see you making stuff again and look forward to whatever comes next!

Okay, I do believe I found an issue. It's in the service lift inside the corridor directly to the right after the entrance where you spawn. It's missing the call button on every floor.

This is in Athlone Town Centre, btw.

There's also another issue inside of Kay's Kitchen. The door that leads to the service corridor is duplicated. This is in Blanchard Town Centre. There's also an issue where the default lift door frame for Skyscraper keeps fighting with the textures of the custom door frame.

Here's the texture-fighting I was talking about. It only affects certain lifts for some reason.

Thank you for reporting these issues. All have been corrected apart from the default texture error and I will upload the revised bundle later today. The default texture error appears to be unfixable in the newer versions of Skyscraper aside from reworking all the door code not to use the inbuilt functions, which work perfectly fine in Athlone. For now you will need to run this building in 1.12 Alpha, where there is no issue.
Just a helpful note, please make one post with all of the bug reports from now on. Making many posts like this is quite annoying and takes up a lot of space.

Edit: The texture error has been fixed and it will be included in the revised bundle.
Just a note, none of these buildings were ever intended for release, so there will be issues as I wasn't aiming for 100% perfection.

I do apologize and will definitely do that; the only problem is it only allows me to attach one image file per post.

Thanks for apologising. Sites such as imgbb (imgbb.com) allow you to upload images free of charge and share them anywhere using BBCode. That's how I embed multiple images in my posts.

Attention to all users who have downloaded Build 2
Please download the revised package at the link below (Build 2.1). This update fixes a few notable issues with the buildings. The main download link on the front page has also been updated.
