Second building starting...
I have just started work on my second building for this IP, the Palm Tree Plaza. I have added the ground, flooring to both buildings, and some columns to the Seashell Building. If you haven't noticed already, I created a grid texture (similar to the one that Skyscraper Simulator Showcase uses in his buildings), to assist with wall and column placements. Next up, I will complete the column frame and start work on floors above L.
To-do (structural):
- Columns: Barely started
- Floors: Barely started
- Interfloor: Not started
- Elevators: Not started
- Stairwells: Not started

A modernization wouldn't be needed because it is a fairly newer building with elevators which are fully ADA compliant
