Update: March 22, 2024
First Building
I am planning out my first building for this integration project. It will be the Carter Building, a modification of Simple - Glass Elevator. I will add: a more detailed Otis ZEN elevator in place of the current generic elevator, an observation deck 40 floors up, increased floor space at the bottom that decreases per floor until the top, where it is its original width, proper entrance doors at the bottom, and a better aesthetic design for all floors. It is inspired by 1 Simpleton Avenue in the Gooper1 Data Pack.

Update: March 23, 2024
It's starting...
I have just started on my first building for this IP, the Carter Building. I have started to expand the first atrium in the building, and am going to expand the other floors as well and add new floors. I also changed the outer window and interfloor textures and fixed the glass interfloor wall thicknesses. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Atriums complete
I have just completed all atriums and floor assignments of the Carter Building. I also changed the ceiling textures. Next up, I will work on replacing the elevator to a more detailed set of two Otis ZEN elevators. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Elevators
I have started on the new, more detailed Otis ZEN elevators. That wooden "pillar" that you see is my temporary construction elevator. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: April 2, 2024
Major progress on elevators
I have completed the elevator cabs. I have also added all of the Otis ZEN elevator buttons, elevator panel separators, and the elevator number labels, and completed the internal shaftworks. I will need to add the call buttons, floor and directional indicators inside and outside of the elevators, external door trims (with floor signs), and the external shaft walls. I will need to do the former three (at least) to release this building and IP. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: April 20, 2024
Elevators nearing partial completion
I just got the entire inside of the elevators completed, with the internal floor indicators added and perfected. I also completed the aesthetic design (external shaft walls) inside both of the atriums, along with the observation deck. Basic call buttons have also been added. It is not apparent in the screenshots, but most of the sounds for the elevators have been added. Next up, I will add the floor indicators and the lanterns on the outside of the elevators, along with door trims, floor signs, and "do not use elevator in case of fire" signs. I will also work on removing my temporary construction elevator. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

Update: April 21, 2024
Elevators now partially complete
Projected release date for g-ElevIntegration Build 1: Likely tomorrow
I have just added the floor signs, "do not use elevator in case of fire" signs, door trims, external floor indicators, and lanterns for the elevators. All I need to do now is remove the temporary construction elevator and this building will be ready for release for the first time. I also replaced the flooring in both atriums and the observation deck, replaced the ceiling in the observation deck, and extended the external shaft walls to wrap around the glass base walls and cover the concrete side strips of the shaft. The reason why I say "partially complete" is because the external shaft walls for the office floors have not been made yet, as seen in one of my screenshots. Here are some screenshots of my progress.

1. Elevators now partially complete
I have just added the floor signs, "do not use elevator in case of fire" signs, door trims, external floor indicators, and lanterns for the elevators...

2. g-ElevIntegration Build 1...
No patch build is available, because this is the very first release.
*snip*
1. Everything is looking cool! How nice to see a fixture set I created in use there. I really like the wooden pillars seen on levels L, 20, and OD. (Also, nice customization to the elevators' ceiling lights in reply #9 above.)
2. Nice release!

Do you like the elevators?
Yes, I do.

Too bad the temporary construction elevator is being removed. I've always wanted to ride one of these in Skyscrapersim.
But I'm looking forward to the building.

Update: April 22, 2024
Ready for release!
Projected release date of g-ElevIntegration Build 1: Today
I have just removed the construction elevator, and moved the starting floor of Elevator 2 to be OD (the top floor), rather than L. After the release, I will work on the stairwell. Here are some pre-release screenshots of the building.
