g-ElevIntegration Build 3
Download - Full release build
Download - Patch build

Instructions:
Note: the latest build of the EG881 Integration Project must be downloaded first before you download g-ElevIntegration, and the patch build requires Build 2 to be installed.
Click "Download" to download the release. It will automatically download for you. Once it is downloaded to your preferred download destination, extract the files from the .zip folder into your "skyscraper" folder, (if using the patch build) replace all files when prompted, and then you are done.

Information:
This releases a major update to the Carter Building that includes the addition of LUVI'S, the first "building-within-building". The office floors have also been finished, with tenant spaces and custom ceilings added.

I don't think I've ever seen any Teknikk Plaza builds. The only form of Teknikk I've known was on Roblox.

What I am talking about is the Teknikk Plaza building which I randomly found in the Gooper1 Data Pack.

I would like to see a version of Cliveden - Dundalk International Airport, built from scratch.
It is incomplete and was never finished. A hotel was also supposed to be built there, but this was never started.

Coming soon, second building!
I have just finished planning out the second building for this IP, the Palm Tree Plaza. This will be a complete from-scratch overhaul and continuation of HeisTeknikk's Teknikk Plaza, which never came out of version 1 pre-release. It will be a two-building complex, fictionally set in Miami, Florida. The first building will be the Seashell Building, which will be mixed-use. Floors 6-11 and 14-20 will be offices, while floors 22-30 and 33-40 will contain a hotel (including a lobby/pool on floor 22). Floors L and 2 will contain the main lobby and mezzanine respectively, while floors 41 and 42 will contain the observation deck and crown restaurant respectively. Mechanical floors are present on floors 12-13 and 31-32. Lastly, floors 3-5 will have meeting rooms similar to Mn10's Transnational Office Plaza. The second building will be the Sandbar Wing, which is auxiliary. This building will have offices on all of its floors (L-5) and an atrium with glass elevators. It will be connected to the Seashell Building via a skybridge on floor 2.

I was wondering if you have any plans to install a parking lot or an escalator.
And I was wondering if you have any plans to apply keypad to dispatch or Service Elevator.

I am planning KONE in the office elevators, Otis in the auxiliary-building elevators, and TKE everywhere else.

Update: October 9, 2025
Second building starting...
I have just started work on my second building for this IP, the Palm Tree Plaza. I have added the ground, flooring to both buildings, and some columns to the Seashell Building. If you haven't noticed already, I created a grid texture (similar to the one that Skyscraper Simulator Showcase uses in his buildings), to assist with wall and column placements. Next up, I will complete the column frame and start work on floors above L.
To-do (structural):
- Columns: Barely started
- Floors: Barely started
- Interfloor: Not started
- Elevators: Not started
- Stairwells: Not started

Column frame and renumbering
I have just completed the column frame layout and added floors up to 5, including the skybridge between the two buildings on floor M. I also renumbered 2 as M (standing for mezzanine). Next up, I will finish up floors all the way to 42, and likely also start work on elevator shafts and stairwells.
